When Kevin and his brother Joseph were starting “Tex” and another palomino gelding that Ken had bought, he asked how they were doing. Kevin and Joseph responded good, but it had only been a few days riding. Ken smiled in approval and said that we should call them Tex and Tweet because they are so good you want to tex and tweet somebody about them.

Tex has held strong to that high bar. He took some time to get solid because he was a very sensitive horse. That sensitivity has led him to be extra responsive today and he has a good fast walk. He is probably the favorite ride of Ken and Shelby both.
